by Cuan Consulate in the country where they were issued

are required, plus a power of attorney issued before
a notary plublic or Cuban consul, wich shall be authenticated
in the Cuban Consulate in the country where the documents
are issued, except when issued by a Cuban consul.
All documents in foreign languages
shall be duly translated into Spanish
The foreign contracting party shall bring all personal
data of the Cuban contracting party and the person acting
as a proxy in order to issue the power of attorney to
the person who will represent her in marriage ceremony.
This person can be relative or friend male or female,
but have to be an adult.
